B. Self-managed Engineering Team

This delivery model is ideal for customers who prefer to fully outsource software development or do not have in-house software engineering expertise. Yamasoft provides a complete, self-managed engineering team led by an experienced Team or Technical Lead who takes full ownership of design, development, and delivery. The customer typically engages through a Product Manager or business representative, collaborating directly with the team lead as a single point of contact. This approach enables predictable delivery, clear accountability, and high-quality outcomes, allowing customers to focus on business objectives while Yamasoft manages the full software development lifecycle.
