What Was The Challenge?
The bank operated multiple customer-facing channel applications that had evolved independently, including mobile banking, desktop banking, and credit card platforms. This fragmentation led to inconsistent user experiences, duplicated functionality, and increased operational complexity. Development and delivery were heavily dependent on external vendors, limiting control, speed, and quality. In addition, outdated processes increased exposure to fraud risks and slowed the rollout of new digital banking capabilities.
How Did We Solve It?
Yamasoft completely transformed all customer-facing banking channels by establishing a unified backend infrastructure shared across new applications. Modern software development best practices were introduced, enabling the bank to bring IT delivery in-house and regain full control over its platforms. CI/CD pipelines were implemented to improve quality, accelerate releases, and standardize development workflows. As part of the transformation, a new tablet application was launched, strengthening security controls and reducing the overall risk of fraud.
