01. Plan & Design


 

The process begins with a detailed understanding of the customer’s business objectives, technical requirements, and long-term vision. Together with the customer, Yamasoft defines the goals, scope, and required competencies, clarifying whether a new team should be built or an existing team extended. Based on these insights, we create a dedicated recruitment strategy, tailored specifically to the customer’s needs, covering role definitions, seniority levels, and cultural fit. We prepare detailed job descriptions and team structures validated by the customer, ensuring full alignment before the recruitment and team setup phases begin.

02. Build & Onboard


 

Based on the approved plan, Yamasoft builds the dedicated team by executing the agreed recruitment strategy and, if needed, may assign a senior Technical or Team Lead to engage in interviews and initial setup. Candidates go through structured technical and soft-skills assessments to ensure both engineering excellence and strong team fit. Once selected, the team is fully onboarded and integrated, including tooling setup, security and compliance alignment, definition of roles and responsibilities, and introduction of delivery methodologies. Targeted training ensures the team is productive and aligned from day one, enabling a smooth and efficient start to collaboration.

03. Operate


 

During the operational phase, Yamasoft ensures the remote team performs at a consistently high level while evolving alongside the customer’s needs. We manage day-to-day delivery through regular coordination and delivery meetings, while enabling flexible upscaling or downscaling of the team as requirements change.
