What Was The Challenge?

An American mobility technology company set out to build a new platform to deliver a smarter, more connected experience across for RVs. The vision required combining Connected Home and Connected Vehicle capabilities, real-time data processing, and device integration into a single, scalable platform. Starting from zero, the company needed a partner with deep Smart Home and IoT expertise to design a robust architecture while accelerating development. At the same time, engineering capacity had to scale efficiently without compromising quality, cost control, or long-term maintainability.

How Did We Solve It?

Yamasoft partnered with the company from day one, establishing a fully dedicated remote engineering team in Bulgaria to design and build the hybrid Connected Home and Connected Vehicle platform. Leveraging extensive experience in Smart Home and IoT solutions, the team defined the architecture, implemented core services, and integrated connected devices and vehicle systems. Operating as an extension of the client’s organization, the team enabled rapid iteration, predictable costs, and stable platform growth.
